TICKET PRE-SALE INFORMATION
I WANT TO GET FIRST ACCESS TO THE KASABIAN UK ARENA TOUR – HOW DO I DO THIS?
You need to have pre-ordered* Act III through the Official Music Store before 11:00am BST on Tuesday 14th July 2026.
Or
You need to register for access via the form hosted on the Official Music Store by 11:00am BST on Tuesday 14th July 2026.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PRESALE ACCESS CODE?
If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email from 5pm BST onwards on Tuesday 14th July 2026 containing your presale code, a link to the presale and details of the tour.
WHEN DOES THE PRESALE OPEN?
These emails invite you to purchase tickets in our exclusive presale window, running between 9am BST Wednesday 15th July 2026 and 9am BST Friday 17th July 2026.
Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.
HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?
Each code is only valid for the upcoming Kasabian 2026 UK arena tour.
Please keep the email containing your presale link and passcode, ready for the presale.
One code is issued per customer.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?
Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.
Please ensure you are entering your passcode into the appropriate box.
I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CODE YET, WHY?
You should receive your code from 5pm BST onwards on Tuesday 14th July 2026 , please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email.
If you have not received this code, please contact the customer support team by following this link: https://help.on-repeat.co.uk/support/tickets
The code, along with all the tour details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.
I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Pre-sales don’t guarantee you to tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time. If you are trying to find tickets and the result are "currently not available", that means the presale allocation has sold out.
I’VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY CODE?
In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to pre-order* directly from the Official Music Store.
SHOULD YOU BE UNSUCCESSFUL IN SECURING TICKETS DURING THE PRESALE, FURTHER TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE GENERAL SALE WHICH OPENS AT 9AM BST FRIDAY 17TH JULY 2026. GOOD LUCK!
